Karyn started serving at our church in the nursery department. She oversaw this ministry for 7 years by managing and scheduling the volunteers. During this time, she developed a burden for all church volunteers. She found that she was being drawn to encourage and equip them for their roles. This opened up the door for a new role that was created as a Volunteer Coordinator. Karyn has a passion for encouraging, equipping, and holding volunteers accountable in their roles.
